The Box Office Experiences An Ice Age This Weekend With Continental Drift

Marc Webb's "Amazing Spider-Man" gets knocked out of the number 1 spot at the box office for it's second weekend by "Ice Age: Continental Drift" which brought in an estimated take of $46 million."Amazing Spider-Man" drops to the number 2 spot with an estimated take of $35 million while "Ted" falls to number 3 with an estimated take of $22.1 million. "Brave" and "Magic Mike" round out the top 5 this weekend, with "Brave" bringing in an estimated take of $10.6 million and "Magic Mike" with $9 million. The ten estimated top-producing motion pictures for the weekend, per data collected as of Sunday, July 15, 2012 include: 1. Ice Age: Continental Drift: $46,000,000 2.
