The Dark Knight Rises - 'The Bat' & Anne Hathaway 'Catwoman' Clip
Reported by Outsiders - 12:01 PM 2012.07.12
Two more Film Clips are now available online from Christopher Nolan's "The Dark Knight Rises," the first clip was from last night's airing of The Tonight Show with special guest Morgan Freeman who reprises his role as Lucius Fox, the gadget guru for the Caped Crusader, as he unveils his latest creation The Bat. In the second clip, which aired during this morning's Live! with Kelly Ripa with special guest Anne Hathaway who introduces her film clip as Selina Kyle aka The Catwoman, from the final chapter of The Dark Knight Trilogy. It has been eight years since Batman vanished into the night, turning, in that instant, from hero to fugitive. Assuming the blame for the death of D.A. Harvey Dent, the Dark Knight sacrificed everything for what he and Commissioner Gordon both hoped was the greater good. For a time the lie worked, as criminal activity in Gotham City was crushed under the weight of the anti-crime Dent Act. But everything will change with the arrival of a cunning cat burglar with a mysterious agenda. Far more dangerous, however, is the emergence of Bane, a masked terrorist whose ruthless plans for Gotham drive Bruce out of his self-imposed exile. But even if he dons the cape and cowl again, Batman may be no match for Bane. The Dark Knight Rises stars Christian Bale, Anne Hathaway, Tom Hardy, Marion Cotillard, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Michael Caine, Gary Oldman, Morgan Freeman Release: July 20th, 2012
