John Cho Talks About Next Harold & Kumar, Star Trek Movies
Reported by Outsiders - 11:13 PM 2010.03.12

Collider spoke with John Cho during the filming of FlashForward and found out what is going on with the next Harold & Kumar movie and if the actor has heard anything new about the next Star Trek movie?

John Cho is saying that the proposed third film in the series, "A Very Harold & Kumar Christmas" could end up shooting this summer for a fall release. While FlashForward is on hiatus from that show he’d be able to shoot the third Harold & Kumar film this summer. The big question is about Kal Penn, who plays Kumar. Kal Penn, who currently has a job in Washington, DC as part of the Obama administration. With Penn doing the DC gig, Cho doesn't know if he can get out to do the next movie?

He goes on to mention that there’s a script for the film already, but he hasn’t read the script. The movie picks up a while after the second film, although there’s no director at this point.

A Very Harold & Kumar Christmas was officially announced in May of 2009, and was then slated for a November 5, 2010 release.

The only thing Cho mentions about the next Star Trek is that they are still working on the script. He hasn’t heard anything about the villain yet and he has tried to pitch anything for Sulu.
