Columbia Pictures Negotiating Directing Duo To Direct '21 Jump Street'

 Variety is reporting that Columbia Pictures is negotiating with the helming team of Phil Lord and Chris Miller to direct "21 Jump Street," the pic based on the TV series that launched Johnny Depp.The film, about a group of baby-faced cops who go undercover at high schools, has been guided by Jonah Hill and Mike Bacall, who hatched the story together. Bacall wrote the script and Hill will star in the film and exec produce. MORE movies NEWS
